Should an item or the specific size you wish to order no longer be in stock, you can leave your e-mail address on the page of the relevant item. You will then be emailed as soon as the item is back in stock. If an article will no longer be restocked by Bedrebel, we will indicate this clearly on our website.

Here you can find information such as material description, sustainability labels and other details of the item such as washing instructions. Bedrebel duvet covers feature a continuous zip on three sides by the quality brand YKK. This continuous zip cannot be seen in the everyday view of the duvet cover and is thus cleverly hidden in the design. Super practical and exceptionally chic.

The four Bedrebel duvet clips incorporated into every Bedrebel duvet cover as standard are universally compatible with any brand or type of duvet. The clips are even so strong that a combination of summer plus winter duvet is no problem at all.

In most cases, we recommend consulting your mum or dad. But as each material has its own type of care, the recommended care of each product is described in the product description on the respective product page as well as on our page washing instructions. You will also always find a brief summary of the recommended care on the product/washing label on the inside of the article.

Yes, you can definitely do this at Bedrebel (and these are free too!). In case of choice stress, take a quick look at our samples page and see, feel, experience & choose.

Ordering

To place an order at Bedrebel, it is not mandatory to create an account. You will be given this choice during the checkout process. You can simply fill in your personal details during the checkout process and the order will be sent to you as usual. However, there are advantages to creating an account. Your details are saved, so that you can get started faster with your next order and you also retain more insight into your previous orders.

After you place your order, Bedrebel will send you an order confirmation by email with the details of your order. Next, please contact our customer service team soon via WhatsApp (click on the chat button) to see if we can still change or cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to fulfil your request. Please be reminded that it is not possible to cancel or change your order after it has already been processed for shipment.

Pay

At Bedrebel you always pay safely with iDeal, Klarna, almost all credit cards and PayPal. For more information see our payment & security page.

No fees are charged by Bedrebel for paying with debit payment methods. If you choose a credit-based payment method such as credit card or post-payment, the credit provider may charge a % surcharge for this. Shipping & delivery

On weekdays ordered before 4pm? Then your order at Bedrebel will be prepared the same day and handed over to the courier. Together with the courier, we thus aim to deliver the day after ordering. Orders placed during the weekend will be prepared on Monday. As soon as the order is ready for shipment, you will always receive an e-mail containing your unique track & trace number. Delivery in the Netherlands is free for orders from €75 and in Belgium + Germany from €150. For orders below this amount, we charge shipping costs. If you are not present at the delivery address when the courier wants to hand over your Bedrebel parcel, the courier will try to offer the parcel to one of your dearest neighbours / take it back for a second attempt the following day / deliver it to the nearest service point of the specific courier service. In these cases, you will receive a notification from the courier in your letterbox or by e-mail, indicating where you can pick up the parcel.

Unfortunately, however, it is always possible that something has gone wrong resulting in an item being delivered damaged or incomplete. Bedrebel delivers standard within the European Union (EEA + EFTA) using our partner couriers. These countries are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden and Switzerland.

All orders at Bedrebel to countries within the European Union (EEA + EFTA) are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means that all taxes and duties are included in the final price. However, this is not the case for Switzerland, the United Kingdom and for countries outside the European Union. In that case, additional costs in the for example import tax are always for the recipient.

Yes, and it's even better for the environment! Just remember to register both returns separately via our digital return form on our delivery and returns page. You will also help us enormously if, for example, you write both order numbers on the box in black marker or attach a paper with both order numbers written on it. This way, we have the order numbers of both orders at our disposal quickly & can process your return quickly and carefully. After receiving your return, the Bedrebel team will start working for you right away. After a brief check of the return shipment for correctness, Bedrebel will then automatically refund the order amount within 14 days to the account linked to the payment card or method used for the purchase. Naturally, we will keep you up to date by e-mail. More information on the return and/or exchange process can be found on our delivery and returns page. If you have not received a message 5 working days after you have returned the item(s), please contact our Bedrebel dream team via WhatsApp (click on the chat button) to review the matter together.

Bedrebel is promoter of making more conscious choices. We do our best to make our website and product description as clear and complete as possible. Shop smarter and return less. For this reason, Bedrebel does not allow free returns and you are responsible for the return costs of your package. A possible exception to the previous rule is in the case of a damaged or incomplete item delivered. Sustainability & Transparency

All Bedrebel products are designed in the Netherlands and produced in Portugal (bed linen) or Poland (pillows). We only work with professional suppliers and partners who strictly adhere to all rules set by the European Union for the textile industry. Regardless of where within Europe the products are made, they are always OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified. This means they meet the strictest sustainability criteria as well as strict social criteria. In addition, our bed linen products also have the sustainability label BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) and the packaging plus shipping is always 100% FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) paper-based.

Buying bed linen is often a conscious choice and you don't buy it for one season. Bedrebel therefore offers a seasonless collection. You always receive a fair price for a high-quality sustainable product that you can enjoy for a long time. Sales or End-of-Season Sale are not part of our sales strategy. Should we nevertheless apply a discount sale for specific reasons, we will inform you through our online newsletter or social media channels.
