More specifically

All Bedrebel products are covered by the statutory guarantee under consumer law. Statutory guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it with normal use. In other words, the guarantee applies to products that are delivered to you damaged and to products that show defects after some time with normal use.

In some cases, our products or specific components also have a manufacturer's warranty of 1 to 5 years on errors and defects. The manufacturer's warranties offered do not affect the statutory rights regarding warranty and conformity that you as a consumer can rely on.

If you rightfully claim your right to warranty, Bedrebel will accommodate you. This may be replacement, exchange for another product, repair or refund. The actual compensation, in some cases after prior inspection of the product, is specific per case.

There is no statutory or manufacturer's warranty in the following cases:
in case of damage caused intentionally and/or damage caused by failure to observe the instructions for use or failure to observe them correctly
due to negligence and/or improper use
in case of negligent maintenance
in case of normal wear and tear and deformation
