The durable suede cotton 300 TC is the newest member in the satin family. This satin variant is also made of 100% natural satin cotton with a high weave density of 300TC, but has gone through a unique finishing process unlike normal satin cotton. The result is an eccentric matt look and an even softer touch. Because of these unique aesthetic properties, this variant has therefore received its nickname suede. But don't let its name mislead you: suede cotton has similar properties to flannel cotton and, just like regular satin cotton, it can be washed and dried in the washing machine. The fabric forms a flawlessly soft shape around your body and, like percale cotton, is fresh in summer and comfortably warm in winter. The Bedrebel Dream Team deliberately chose a fine cotton weave of 300 TC (thread count) for its suede cotton products. This is because a higher thread count than 300 TC in suede cotton results in the fabric feeling very "plastic", artificial and sweaty on the skin. In contrast, a lower thread count than 300 TC again results in lower quality and shorter product life. In short, a suede cotton weave of 300 TC is perfectly silky plus supple, has a long lifespan and also holds strong at all times during washing.
